Under her marketing operations and strategy leadership V+M advanced from #56 to #26 on the Indiana Best Places to Work list. She was formerly the Vice President of Indiana's fastest growing real estate brokerage, RE/MAX Complete, growing from $14M to $62M, Additionally she is owner and founder of Sweet Petals Bake Shop.
Founder and former owner of an INC Magazines Top 5000 Fastest Growing Companies and digital agency in Indianapolis, Kelli led her team to win a national Addy award prior to joining LEAP Agency in 2014, where she grew that business 26% YOY.
Kelli was tapped by the Dayton Business Journal to serve as one of 50 women mentors in the National Women's Mentoring Day event and was also recognized in 2015 by the Cincinnati American Advertising Federation in their “Salute to Suits” awards as a top digital agency professional and most recently led LEAP to achieve #4 status on the Cincinnati Business Journal’s Top List of Web Development Firms in the greater Cincinnati area. A mother of two, ranging from 35 to 15 years old and grandmother to two granddaughters, Kelli is a proficient short order cook, picker-upper and home decor enthusiast. She enjoys reading, decorating, boating and sports - including her favorite - basketball. She is also the founder/owner of Sweet Petals Bake Shop.
Kelli is daughter of Kelly and Connie Malcolm of Centerville, OH - two devoted retired law-enforcement professionals so service is part of her family legacy and with two parents who carried guns for a living, she learned how to behave--quick!
In 2013, Kelli sold her business to care for her dad and mom who were challenged with some health issues at the time and assisted her father in caring for her mother with Alzheimers until she passed away in 2018.

Cell Therapy Foundation
In 2007, Kelli met Dr. Keith L. March, a world-renowned expert in the field of adult stem cell research and was introduced to The Cell Therapy Foundation. Kelli was working on the board of The People's Burn Foundation at that time, but relinquished her position to dedicate her spare time to creating awareness and advancing research for adult stem cell therapies. As head of marketing for CTF, Kelli was privileged to work with the legendary Dick Van Dyke, the celebrity spokesperson and brand enthusiast for CTF.
Kelli's interest in adult stem cell research has led her to engage with some of the world's best and brightest minds in stem cell research and has taken her from east to west coast and Europe to work tirelessly on behalf of this organization. Kelli also served on the executive board of the Cincinnati American Advertising Federation and is Vice-Chairman of the Addy Awards.
Kelli serves on the Pendleton Arabians Basketball Club Board of Directors and teaches preschool bible class at Catalyst Church. She also volunteers for Outfitters, Inc. a 501(c)3 focused on providing clothing for foster children and serves on the board of directors for the Central Indiana Police Foundation.
In addition, Kelli managed the relationship with the Hamilton Southeast Schools Foundation partnership as 2019-2020 official Teacher Appreciation sponsor, supporting 1500 teachers locally.
Kelli's main passion project these days is serving as founder of the Level 10 Bible Study Group and not-for-profit dedicated to helping high-school athletes grow through positive growth mindset and lifee training, coupled with faith based study. This group serves 25 Pendleton high school athletes and they have a lofty goal to work with Youth With a Mission/Homes of Hope to build a home in Mexico in 2024 for a family in need.
